Another old project resurrected!

The story is that I was part of a Captain Underpants discord not too long after the airing of the movie, and the folks there got me inspired to draw quite a lot of Captain Underpants related art.
A late night babble, someone mentioned crossovers and Sailor Moon, and I went OFF.

Captain Moon and Tuxedo Edith were the first designs I pinned down, Sailor George and Sailor Harold were puzzled out in lines but did not get their color schemes until this project. I'm actually glad I waited to color George and Harold, as I feel 2018-me would have gone for something garish to the point of absurdity that wouldn't have worked for the overall composition.
