[Colored] SpewPew - Deception Command

I've recently been doing a lot of coloring work to get myself more familiar with my programs, and an artist I follow on Twitter known as Spewpew or SarahLePew posted up a lineart that I immediately wanted to go nuts on.

Figuring out not only how to make new brushes work, but also determining how the heck to make the animation tools work to create a process gif was a curious endeavor to say the least, and one I can't help saying is something I definitely want to get better at.

And, yes, I did apply the Mature Content filter solely because Megatron is being a crass jerk.
