A late attempt at MerMay from last year.
This was one of my first real forays into using Clip Studio Paint as a program to work from start to finish on a piece, and proved to be quite an exploration of the program for me. I drew the line art originally in a notebook that had dotted paper, and had to figure out how best to clean up the lines without taring my own hair out in frustration dealing with the paper pattern.
In the end, I think it turned out pretty good, and it was certainly a lot of fun!
Also, concerning the speedpaint video, I do apologize for the weird editing, the program I was using at the time wouldn't actually let me crop the video without absolutely murdering my computer, so I had to make do. At the time of writing this, I'm still trying to find a better video editor.
